“ The Big Bob at this Real Grandeza location is the best of all Bob's. But you have to go around 7 PM. In the afternoon, it's not as good. The floor near the stairs leading to the bathroom is very slippery. An acquaintance of mine fell badly near those stairs, and the employees didn't help and even mocked the person. A lady and other people who were with her helped and defended the person, and the employees mocked her as well. Fortunately, those employees are no longer there. Now there are others; in any case, be very careful when going to the bathroom. I myself have almost fallen a few times – and when I go to the bathroom I'm very careful. ”

“ This Real Grandeza store has the best Big Bob of all Bob's. I was there yesterday, Thursday, February 6th, and ate a Big Bob so good I doubt they'll ever make another one like it. But there's a trick: before 7 pm, it's not worth it, because the sandwich is what you'd get at any Bob's. After 7 pm, something happens that makes the bread fresh and the Big Bob is assembled perfectly. Yesterday the men's restroom was closed – this store has problems with the floor and the restrooms; but, curiously, yesterday the floor near the restroom stairs was dry. This is good because it minimizes the risk of falling. The tap water is also very low and only enough to wet your hand – if you really want to wash your hands, you have to hold the tap with one hand and wash with the other. Yesterday I discovered more promotions. There's one where you buy 4 cheeseburgers for 20 Reais and another where you buy five other good sandwiches for 28. This is great for those who are going to be on the road. The employees are more polite, explaining things better and more helpful. ”
